According to a study, 73% of managers believe they need to change their management practices. Here are some managerial innovations to ensure good company performance, particularly in the face of the arrival of new generations on the labor market. 


Horizontal management

This management technique allows the manager to evolve at the heart of his team and not above it. He accompanies his team in order to facilitate their work and puts himself at the same level as the members of his team. This method is perfectly in line with the new generation, which prefers a manager with authority who shares his knowledge rather than an authoritarian manager who possesses knowledge.
 
Management by emptiness

This is about giving autonomy to your team while setting a framework. This method replaces constraint by emphasizing creativity. This freedom in achieving their objectives allows them to increase their potential and find solutions to solve problems for example. 

Remote management 

Teleworking, a new form of management widely used since the health crisis, responds to a desire for flexibility and freedom. Managing from a distance requires thinking about the best solution for communicating, collecting and processing information. In order to meet work requirements, it is essential to establish working methods to be respected by the whole team. Also, keeping a link between team members is essential for good remote management.

Nowadays, finding managerial innovations can help a company to reach leadership positions in the market under very tough conditions. Moreover, in our opinion, managers are the key to success and also the reason we believe that they are people whose ability is to promote creativity and innovation to their employees and can also improve the interaction between the colleagues (which contributes to improve people's skills). Relationships between the colleagues and the managers are ones of the most important for the business. Furthermore, this article is also useful for the new generations in order to be informed about how a manger should behave and the techniques that can be used in his work.
