Daniel Goleman, a doctor in psychology and leader in the field, says that more than half of a company's results are thanks to the emotional skills of its managers. This means that a leader who shows high emotional intelligence will easily motivate and positively drive upwards his or her team.  According to TSW   Goleman breaks down EQ into five components:   1.
